Mint a short-lived, single-use folder-picker URL for the calling user.

The Salesforce App calls this with its Matik bearer token, then iframes the
returned URL. The picker route redeems the embedded ticket and reuses the
user's stored Google/Microsoft connection, so no Google/Microsoft sign-in
or consent is shown.
