/api/1.0/presentations/blob_input_upload/:param_name/


Stage a blob-typed input value in S3 before creating a presentation. Use
this when the content is too large or inconvenient to inline in the
inputs map on POST /presentations/; submit the returned blob_value
descriptor as the input's value instead of a raw string.

Accepts either:
- multipart/form-data with a file field (uses the filename and MIME
type from the upload), or
- multipart/form-data with a text field and optional original_filename
/ content_type fields (for callers that already hold the content in
memory).
