Checks the status of a cross-dynamic-content bulk query started by /inputs/bulk.

/api/1.0/dynamic_content/inputs/options/:bulk_query_id


Unlike the single-id status route, a bulk query spans several dynamic content
items, so there is no dynamic content id to authorize against. The bulk_query_id is an
unguessable uuid with a 10-minute TTL; we additionally require the stored query
to belong to the caller's enterprise to keep results enterprise-scoped.
